How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan (Growth, Pro, Business) starts with 14 days free. You won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin and you won't be billed.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from inside StockKoala. Shopify prorates the difference automatically.
How is billing handled?
Billing runs through Shopify and appears on your regular monthly Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — every paid plan offers an annual option that saves 20%. You'll see both monthly and annual choices in the Shopify App Store when you install or upgrade.
What counts as an "employee" on the Starter plan?
Anyone with a badge ID who logs into StockKoala to scan or check inventory. The Starter plan supports 1 employee — every paid plan is unlimited.
