Our story
StockKoala started inside a real Shopify store. We were overselling because counts were off, shipping product that was about to expire, and running out of bestsellers without realizing how much revenue we were losing. We tried a lot of inventory tools, most were built for enterprise and forced workflows that looked good on paper but did not match how our team actually worked.
So we built what we wished existed: forecasting you can trust, expiration tracking that actually gets used, receiving that keeps Shopify accurate, and simple daily checks that stop oversells. No spreadsheet gymnastics, no PDF dance, just clean handoffs and a clear record of who did what.
Our mission
Give every Shopify merchant an inventory system that tells the truth, takes minutes to learn, and pays for itself fast. From solo founders to multi-location operators, we build tools that keep counts accurate, prevent stockouts, and make daily operations easier.
That means we say no to a lot. No bloated enterprise feature lists. No "request a demo" gates. No pricing that punishes you for growing. If a feature doesn't help you count, restock, receive, or ship cleanly, we don't build it.
